Some guy answered the phones at the Joymax USA office!!!! AND HE ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS!!!

I wanted to be polite and ask "Why is the fortress war on thursday" and he said " because thats how the joymax set it for office hours and its appropriate for the amt of players online "

Wow, a person, not a machine!

I told him "I am so grateful that theres a real person" Cause I know he's a GM, hes at the bottom, etc..

It made my day

I think they think bots are able to fight fortress war. I dont see any other way how there can be more players online on tuesday then in weekends.

No one knew about the phone number until like, a few days ago, so...

But yeah, I'm still shocked theres people there xD I want to call again and ask some other things, like..

"Can you help me, my friend power level me but he is stuck in a tree for past 2 hour"

BTW, it doesn't matter if there are GMs online during fortress war, it's not like they say "Start" at the beginning.

you should ring them again and tell them they should open a poll on their website and give options to their players on what time suits them.
