which euro build requires the lowest amount of SP without having bard as a sub class?

They always say a Rogue crossbow uses little SP, so I think that Xbow requires the least SP.

Also, I think that either rogue or warrior, using and leveling only one weapon will require (i think) no farming at all and you will have extra sp left.

Any full int euro class will require more sp than the euros full str. That happens because bard, cleric, warlock and wizard will probably level more lines of skills than a warrior or a rogue. If a warrior or a rogue level more than one weapon line, then it will require much more sp too.
