Who do i talk with to be a thief for Euro?

Who do i need to talk with to be a thief for Euro?

Also im hitting 200 max with my pure str xbow. Is this normal? It seems too low

You are level 20, right? I'm assuming you are. What are your crossbow's stats?

i just bought it from the npc its a lvl 16 crossbow, couldnt find a lvl 21 or 18

NPCs only sell lvl 1, 8, 16, 24, 32, 42, 52, 64
The lvl in between are from mob drops or buy from players

yea i know, i tried finding a lvl 18 or 21 using the stall system
