it does looks like ps... and whoever did it must've suck since the mirror on the left shows day time... so.

Well like I said it doesn't have to be daylight~ In hospitals rooms often have brick walls, it could be a window to an examination room or something with the lights on.

That could be a window to some other room. And camera's do weird things with lighting. A million possible explanations for that.
