What? I can cast mana shield with a quickslot :|

A yellow box is the few pixels around a skill on your quickslot bar that comes up after you press the associated hotkey. No yellow box means you're a botttarrrr!!@#

Since I don't PvP a lot I have degree 3-4 accessories so yeah I'm not going to worry much about stat blues until I start farming at 64

There is a key for the floating box. Space bar + number = skill in floating skill box.
