stupid c7 errore

Well i cant find any topic what so ever that involved a c7 error :banghead:

Anyone know whats the problem?
I mean how to fix it?

Ive been trying for about an hour, then i finaly got in...about 20mins later i got DCed, 1 hour later im still trying to log in, and now this error comes up
