The idea is if they keep dying and delevel, until they are not able to gold mine effectively at their chosen spot, they'll keep dying then. You can figure out the rest. But this process is too arduous, if not only for light entertainment (pun not intended).

At least someone gets it. FireFox looks like he has it down perfect... if only a few players per server would get together to participate you could have all 3 exits to dw covered.

It would probably do a lot more to help than what joymax did with their huge bot ban on Oasis.... what was it like 20-30 bots? At least Tucwi and Mufeus got banned finally... those two goldbots have been running for 6+ months.

I love this method. And i m enjoying botters died 1 by 1, its fun seeing them die and drop items..

I hope everyone in my server willing to spent an hour to kill the bot, if everyone take turns to do that. It seriously will annoy the gold botters, and of course normal botters. Deleveling and cant gain gold seriously far more worse than getting banned.

Just think about this a bit more what they wanna do.
Those are all I mean all goldbots run by ppl and the companies.
There is no way for us to stop them, they run 24h a day.
Now a few ppl going to keep killing 1 line like that.
All the goldbot company is going to see that daily gold income dropped.
And what will be the reaction, they bring 500 more lv80 online in takla.
So you do the opposite what you planed.

Saw that happen in ksro, more they killed at the gate the more bot come
online, and fill up dw.


Player bots most of the time smarter and they write their own
script to run to the spot, and they rewrite that script whenever they move
to different area. So those not going to stop at the same spots.
Only way to trace follow them with npc-s.

And calling us bot supporters >.< because we not supporting an idea that
is simple waste of time ...

What you plan is to stand in front of a flood and try to hold it back by
hand, but it will still flow between your legs.

I do not go out on the street to try to catch murdering ppl,
it's the job of others, if I would try I would get caught for interfering.

And the same could happen in sro too if the big company who spend
10000 silk a week calls jm.

for days on the ice, it stopped and tried to talk to me ....
Well they got an user online since they noticed it gets 0 gold for days.

What would take to shut all goldbots down ?
Ban the chinese isp ip ranges what the company uses.
Easy to do they use special hosts not residential isp.
No one else would notice. But guess the reason y it's not done.

ps.: missed 1 more point: the new servers: try to hold back the 500 goldbot at the gate, and what will happen, they will log in 2000 of them
so good luck to login for real players.

Guess why ksro servers are populated only: goldbot company has no reason to run more clientless bots to collect gold.

I hinted bot supporter towards you cus you said you'd go kill him if he killed gold if I understood correctly, and yes it may be pointless and doesn't hurt them at all but so what, instead of bashing it join them and hate on the bots.

Well thats really you but personaly i'd do w/e I could to help catch a murderer irl o.o, even though if it would be like that then the police as the "others" i'm sure would be doing nothing, they would put a couple burglars in jail maybe but for the most part I could go murder you in front of everyone on srf and get clean away~ ;d lol.

for those who say it would be a waste of time, that is your personal opinion it does not make it right. Some one may enjoy killing gold bots by doing this, and have a feeling of accomplishment while doing so. i personally would do this, but my char's are all to low of a lvl.

just because it happend on krso does not mean it will happen on isro, it also does not mean that it wont happen... nothing is useless, but that also does not mean that the reaction to some action is or will be m(very) meaningfull
