it gives you an enormous amount of extra mag defence (very good against nukers) for 10 sec

Since Glavers can't block so i think that skill will decrease the block chance of your opponent.
You can also decrease the block chance of shield users by adding blues on your glavie dunno what blue it was exactly.

That skills doesnt decrease the block chance of your opponent

Lvl 1 of that skills gives you a 10%(think it is) extra chance to block a nuke...

I dont think that skills isnt really worth waisting SP on.. the 15 sec mag defence buff is MUCH better.
