Help install europe verson

Can anyone help me ?
It keep saying waiting for europe update how many time i tried.
I live in vietnam now, but will back to singapore, does living in vietnam effect ?

i had this problem yesterday, try to turn off your virus/internet protection. it worked when i did that.

well i did try like you said but still not working,
I think i will wait till i'll bakck to singapore and try again but any help and suggestion is gratefull.
And one more think. My friend told me that unless you have a level 60+ chinese char in your acc, you are not allow to make a european char, is that right ?

You must be connected to the internet if you want to install.

common -Evan do you really think i am that dumb ^_^. Ofcourse i did connected to internet but i think because i am in Viet Nam. well have to wait then ^_^

Hey guys I am back to singapore now and I still can not install it ><
I am using vista home basic
I download client from filefront
and i hope that i already turn of everything even firewall
Please teach me how to install it ^_^

Hey guys
I have just tried every single things i change the host file, i allow the install programe in firewall, i turn of every virus protection and firewall.
Anymore ideas ?^_^
