Well the way to change your password is to go onto the main site http://www.silkroadonline.net then go to log in then go to "forgot your account" and click that, or if you're being lazy heres the link http://www.silkroadonline.net/member/me ... d_idpw.asp then put in your ID + email that the account is registered to then answer your secret question. If you don't know that you can't change your accounts password.
I don't think sending an E-mail will actually help you with your problem since I don't think they recover people's account information.
