Soul Spear Soul

Ok, so i just hit 58 today and got my soul spear soul (awsome skill btw) and im wandering if this skill is 30% chance to stun on each hit or is it 30% for the skill itself?

it's for the skill only :P i know it suxx but well better than nothing :roll:

Well, I guess i can still use Soul Spear Truth as a lil extra stun until its completely obsolete.
