Well the border completely overpowers the whole thing.

The background/stock you have used is so dark it's hard to really see anything.

There's no distinct focal point.

No real effects used.

No lighting whatsoever.

Text... meh.

I strongly advise you to find some tutorials for sigs & large art pieces, you will improve like everyone does.

Since your name is the Goddess of the Cat, perhaps a Cat image, or a bit more of the gold along the edge..

But for simplicity sake, it is good

I wanted to come away from the cat image..

I didn't want some thing that was over powering and nothing that was busy..

The background is the pyramids at Giza, you don't need much detail to relise what they are.. and the border is made up of Hieroglyphs..

It was the font that I don't like and I couldn't find anything that I really liked :(

Cool idea. I'd use the pen tool trace it, and clean out the lines. Add a black boder, not yellow.

Then what you could try is perhaps putting a lens filter over by the sun to brighten it up. Also maybe tone down the background since 'some' people have such issues with it

Papyrus for the win...

Ok.. I've tried using the original pic again.. As I had re-sized the other, so I lost some of the quality..Hope that looks better.

i think its nice, simple but nice, the sunset looks very realistic, but it seems like my main focus is the border, you should do something with that

Lol Dom, why do I like that little creation of yours so much? No idea, but you seem to have a nack for creating stuff out of nothing. Good show.
