Okay well, I've added the team list thing, and put up reK, and Rizla as team leaders. As the leader of the 3rd team, we will elect someone for that position.

@ Tatianasaphira: You can also be an organizer like me, we should have 2 incase one cannot be on at that time.

As far as team selection goes, I thought a silent draft would be best, team leaders meet up with the list and randomly get a position in pick order, then make their picks one after the other. This would all be done without anyone else but the team leaders present ofc, so as not to hurt anyones feelings.

Before that I think we should get everyone rated so we can have fairly even teams in the end.

Very good idea. I think everyone on the current list should be rated.
If you wouldn't mind, this is my idea on how it should be done:

3 people (perhaps 0l3n, Rizla, and Snudge) could go through the list, and rate everybody three different rankings - Novice, Intermediate, and Professional. (I think those are the tech-gfx rankings). Then confer with each other, probably through PM or MSN, and come up with a final list? It really shouldnt' take more than 10-20 minutes, and we just need some qualified people to do such.

Well, it's up to the people that are ranking to decide the skill levels. Personally, I think that 3 divisions are sufficient, but if you think more are needed, then more are needed. Novice, Intermediate, and Professional just sound good to me anyways. Better than n00b, normal, and 1337, at the very least.
