Cannot use hotkeys in SRO, and I cannot move with my mouse

alright here is my problem. I dont know if its installation or what, but when I play SRO everything works fine except I CANNOT FREAKING MOVE OR USE HOTKEYS. Please tell me is there a way to create them or do I have to reinstall everything.

Wat kinda mouse and KBD do u have??
Have u tried to check if HOTKEYS work on any other applications??
