Dagger or Crossbow

Im looking at character creation screen for 15 mins cant choose to make rogue crossbow or rogue dagger...plz help

This belongs in the character skills section
and besides you can do both, they are both under rogue

Nah i want one...so which one deal more dmg and have cooller skills?:=)

dagger looks cooler, and crossbow does much more damage I believe

but since they under the same mastery why not take both in the long run

start off with crossbow
and switch later

its not going to cost you much sp so dont worry

Crossbow does massive damage compared to dagger but dagger does attack faster, but not stronger.

crossbow tears it up with knockback and good crits with the 75% phys attack increase buff activated. I think one of these chars is essential to every party for luring mobs and not dying because they are pure str. rogue with dual daggers or axes is good for tanking but damage is lacking. instead of being a dagger rogue id just go with a warrior s/s, way better damage and perfect tanker if shield br is great.

if you dont mind farming a little bit more you could use dual weapons on rogue if you really wanted though.
