Alrighty...I need to put in a bug report as it appears that my gold ticket has stopped giving me benefits after lowering some of my SP to do a few days of farming. I still have 130 minutes left for today but it's not kicking in. I've tried restarting the game to see if that did anything, but to no avail. So I opted to put in a bug report and I am unable to fill out their form. I can get loged in, but when I click on their forum, either in the subject line or the body, it doesn't take. No cursor shows up and I am not able to type. I'ce ensured all of my security settings are correct and also am current on java. Any thoughts?

SRO site doesn't work very well with Firefox/Mozilla etc.
You can try using IE if that's the case.
