Well I'm very serious about this, because if we would have this I could change to a other server.

And I think alot and then I mean ALOT of people would like this same thing.

Poll: What about a Server Change Tickit?

Yah or Nah and why?

If this works out well I'm going to post it at the SRO official forums.

I say yes because this looks good so I can change to a other server with lotsa friends...

Screws up economy too. The old severs would be almost empty.

itsa nice idea, but will be abused instantly.

pompomtheice wil lgo from xian to another server to get the best sosun glaive, then to another for the blade, another for a shield, so on and so forth.

could put a limiter on it i suppose, like 1 use per year, no trasnferrign high level characters to new servers in so and so months, like you can only transfer certain levels within the first wek, then month etc.

hmm, you could also negate any transfer of items, if you have no characters left on that server they'll be lost, if you do they go to storage, and you can only transfer a maximum of say... 20 mil.

if it was made a real thing it would have to cost a fakton of silk

Nah, new servers would be crowded more than ever and no one would be on the old ones.

And what if there were limits just like Jex said.

Useage once per year.
Tho you can transfer everything the whole account all the chars and items on that server.

No transfering to new servers for atleast 3 months orso until the first capped player let's say that.

no bad idea, all the good items would lave the server, that's just f*cked up. so you'll get one server with all the suns and other servers don't have anything.

if Joymax hired a competent developer they could input ratio's for drops of suns per server in that case, the more in the server the smaller the chance, if they've all been taken out then the chance will increase dramatically (like when they first became available)

solution to every problem, it's just doing it thats tricky, not to mention thinking of the solution ;P

I thought I heard of people reqesting a transfer from Joymax directly. Don't remember where a read it, maybe my memory is flawed. Anybody ever email Joymanx to request a server transfer?

guys, this is a great idea, it just needs some work on it for example
I would completly aprove that like, every one year, or one year and a half or even two years, u should be able to change ur server

It can be used but with limits
1-it will cost a lot of silks
2-it can be used only twice for same account
3-limiting amount of items & money u can carry to the next server
4-char. level can't be higher than the highest level on the server needed to be moved to

that sounds alright yeah
too too too too bad JM will never do that, ic ant tell u how much id be happy if i could change my olkd char to another server

i don't you ppl realize the disadvantage most legit players would be facing....

The transfer of older characters to new servers would allow millions gold to be introduced into the economy almost immediately...i dunno if you were there but when El Dorado opened during an event prices skyrocketed because everyone expected everyone else to have money. The transferring of mass SoX items would be ridiculous...you could buy SoX stuff cheap on yoru server and because of the inflated economy sell it for almost 3x what you bought it on in an inflated market

This introduction of gold would mean that the caste with the highest amount of gold at there disposal will economically run the server. And what group of ppl have the highest amount of gold available to them.....survey says, Bots and Gold Buyers......So within several hours of a new server opening it'll already be corrupted by an established group of bots and gold buyers...If you say they can only transfer until someone on that server is there lvl your only letting bots help bots....everyone knows a 24/7 botter can get to 70 in about 3-4 weeks probably alot less with GT and PT

trust me if SRO ever implemented somethign like this it would have to have extremely strict rules

1. No transfer within 2 months of the server opening
2. No transfer of more more than 50mil per Character on sever ( so that means you can't just make 2 more chacters on Aege fill them up with your gold and transfer them over to have 150 mil)
3. 2x use per character
4. a MAX of 5 SoX items can be transfered with you

Anyway, I vote no because it would be a disaster for SRO--but then again, Joymax is good at making a disaster of their game.

Yah! But with very severe limitations.

Transferring should remove all character items (including gold and item, they should not tag along to the new server). When the character gets to the new servers, he/she could be given like basic armor and weapon and a stack of pots to get restarted.

Make it cost like 200 silk and only doable by that account twice (already mentioned but it's good idea IMO).

if we could change any server with out paying(free) there would not be as many gold bots. they would be unneeded and would only be a few on each server, also prices would even out across the servers.

there could be server wars guilds would be bigger and better.

but this will never happen cose jm will lose money on it.

oh and you can log in then..

It would screw up new servers unless they had some transfer restrictions on them when the first open. Imagine a server being open for two days and having multiple lvl 80's. It would ruin the fun. :p
