Hey I just logged onto my account and guess what...its stripped. But as soon as I logged into the game I got a pm. It was the guy who had hacked me. He invited me into his stall and when I got in I saw all my stuff. We started talking and he started telling me how he does things. He strips chars and then gets the original owner to buy it all back with gold/good items. Hes saying hes not a complete asshole and that he WILL save the stuff for me to buy back.
So now I'm stuck. I only have about 50m from another account and well...he took all my items that are worth anything. I need 237 mil more to buy everything back.
So if you are on Rome and have items/gold that I can use to get this stuff back pm me here or pm J3zus on Rome.

IMO any decent person that gets hacked doesn't come to a forum begging for gold. I'm sure you have a guild and a union to support you, I'm sure they will help you

Well I thought I'd post here too. Its not like I'm a stranger here.
But me and my guild are working to get my stuff back aswell.
1.) Don't download wierd files. Follow your instincts. If you think a file might be infected don't even take a chance.
2.) Have a secret email noone knows or can find out.
3.) Have a complex game login and pw with just random numbers/letters.
4.) Don't give your info out no matter what. No matter what reasons they give you to let them on your account don't give your info out. If you do, expect to get owned.
5.) Don't get in a persons car you don't know. Don't go anywhere with strangers. :p

personally if i was ever to get hacked the only reason id post in a forum is so that people know that its not me anymore, so if the new owner of the account goes about scamming or ksing people they'd know it wasnt me ^^ but then again theres all kinds of people in this world...
I'm sure that your 3 cousins, 2 brothers and the friends of the family that were playing SRO like you discribed in the thread you made before, are more than happy to help you.
