So,i want to create a new acc but everytime i press Create it says taht cannot find the page blahblahblah....

i just made a new account everything worked fine for me....maybe somethings wrong with your browser

Try using IE instead of FF/opera. That was the trick for me.

Yah I dunno but I remember I couldn't create an account on IE but I could on FireFox
