Admin Email from SRF?

I have never gotten this before, but i just got this Email?

Lol this happenes to everyone. If you click: watch this topic for replies or, when you post, you check "notify me when a reply is posted", you will automatically recieve an e-mail like this.

you can enable this in your settings. i'd never use it though, god knows if ppl might even want to get your srf acc info, if you catch my drift
