Party mob question

I saw a few and I killed a few but my question is will there be party mobs above lvl 40? bcuz above lvl 40 the normal mobs fall in.

Does anybody know how much more the party mobs have health compared to usual mobs or how much they give more exp compared to usual mobs?

At lvl 54 if your fighting a normal mob Lv 54 in a party of 4 people you will get around 800~1000 exp without ticket on 0 gap.

Elite Lvl 54 Penons have around 50,000~60,000 HP
Champion Elites: Have 2 times the HP of normal Elite Penons
Giant Elite Penons: Have TOO MUCH HP.

Exp from Normal Elite Penon at 0 Mastery Gap = 12k WITHOUT TICKET
Champion Elite Exp = 24K
Elite Giant Penon = Anywhere ranging from 200K~250K EXP
