wizzy
pros: very high dmg nukes
cons: 20sec pot delay, 10sec pill delay, can only be in garment, low hp, low def, can't survive alone, no shield protection, can be 1-2 hit by str

chinese nuker
pros: can switch between armor/pro/garm, mana shield (for the ice ppl), can solo
cons: can still be 1-2 hit by a str with criticals, low hp, low def, can equip shield with sword

have you ever made a pure int yourself....at higher lvl's we do not die from crits (well...not 1 or 2 after each other)...damn

Not all, but quite a few. They probably just didnt finish their gear yet.

But the statement is right, they can be 1-2 shot with crits involved, but, it is totally dependent on the player's gear and the weapon used against them.

i've survived the same level blader do a 5 hit combo with every single hit being a crit.

I do die after 2 crits from a str glaive tho

well..i've never tried wizard...but i think nuker is better mostly coz euro chars got 20 second delay for pots...but if wizard got healer that keep healing maybe wizard can be strong

a wizard can kill anyone fast if not then he dies but still wizards and warlocks are going to be the strongest isro builds with a healer with him he can do anything ,a tanker will be good 2

Well, Wizard can do these at high lvls,

1) Invisibility (Cant see properly? Try highlighting it)
2) Root you
3) Fear you
4) Trap you
5) Frostbit you (80% probability)

Well tat forms the party system....

The bottom line, wiz die fast while they are solo.... BTW im a wizzard and i need a healer to survive .. if not i keep dying

Altho i think Wizard kick ass, but all in all, i think it would b just like WoW.
Whoever Jump the other first wins.
In PvP, Rogue should b the best.
Rogue was the best in WoW until they balanced it.

To answer this post, chinaman vs europeman...
Imo europeman will win once they got Root + Invisibility.

I can 2 shot a nuker my level in protector, need 2-3 shots for a nuker in armor. Then I am not talking about crits.

But common youre supposed to live trough a combo for a blader =|

Well chinese nukers have mana shield +kd, they can kill the wizard with constant kd and nukes before the 20 sec goes down. +invisibility can be ignored with potions

its easy to 3 shot a nuker if they have no alchemy on their stuff, you will never do that on lv 80

My guess is that PURE int wizzards will 1hit kill PURE int chinese nukers
but then again chinese nukers can also 1hit them most likely cause of the very low hp, but the wizzard should easily out damage chinese nukers

on Ksro with my lvl 52 wizzard i can overkill a penon with 7,5k dmg with my skills at lvl48
i seen a lv 56+ spear nuker do 6~7k with the 3rd book of the fire nuke

So in pvp Wizzard will be really good at higher levels even against pure str. Since they can stop your movement deploy an invisible fire trap (a "trap" of fire, when an opponent walks in he instantly gets damaged about same damage as a nuke would do)
so when a pure str gets a high powered nuke on him together with the fire trap when he tries to attack he probably will be dead.
But if the pure str gets 1 decent hit on the wizzard he'll be dead cause of the low hp and wizzard can only use garms (unless he has rogue/warrior/cleric masteries)

Believe me at higher levels, even Chinese players are completely reliant on Clerics or Force users, tanking multiple elites just eats away too many pots, even without a delay, and the damage is too high to sustain so hence Warriors are needed for their buffs, it will become a more party oriented game.
