About physical damage and magic damage

Normally weapons has two stats, one physical damage, one magical.

If I use a fire force weapon enchant, does it add the damage listed on the skill onto the physical damage?

Or does it use the magical damage listed together with the skill damage?

Is there any guide as to specifically how the magical damages work together?

Best we've seen, BOTH physical and magical damage are added into an attack. Search for SuicideGirl's thread on it..its the closest ive seen to actual damage yet.
