Best Build Using Cold Imbue??????

All the chars ive made on Sro have been builds which use fire imbue and im interested in makign a build that use's cold imbue . I currently have a lvl 34 sp farmer and ill be there for a while ( need around 100k ) so id like to make this alt just for fun and to experiment. id like to be decent in PvP and PvE so if you could give me some suggestions on builds that are effective in using cold imbue that would be greatly appriecieted. Id also like to know how to set up my Mastery tree , because if i take Cold id have to drop fire which for str builds isnt that good. Thanx.

Pure INT Spear if u r thinkin abt the 90 CAP... for 80 CAP u can go on with STR BOW.
