Am I going wrong?

Post by Canabyss »

Okay guys 'n' gals I need some advice on my char.

I'm level 45 Pure INT, but as a noob I put around 7 levels on STR. I want to go hybrid but still have powerful nukes so should I add anymore STR and if so how many will I need for how many levels I have to go 'til 80?

Also, I use sword 'n' shield with fire as my main imbue, lightning second, cold last. I also wear armor at the moment. Am I going wrong anywhere?

If so and I need to add STR would a protector type change help?

go pure INT from now. The balance obtained should be okay.
Hybrid swordsmen can't kill anything.

as for the trees, it depends how far you want to play.
If you want 90 cap you can go
90 bich
90 fire
90 light
30 - whatever you want

as for the 80 cap, screw the ice and level heuksal (with no skills at all except the passive) instead:
80 bich
80 fire
80 light
60 heuksal.
Another option is a dual weapon build (with heuksal skills too
80 fire, 80 bich, 70 light, 70 heuk.
Carry your cross, and I'll carry mine.

Thanks tiglari51, I'll stick with just the one weapon and I love Ice even though it's my third imbue and only on 30 at the moment. Just my opinion but when your being mobbed by 3 giants the freeze can come in handy.

I may add one or two more points to str later, but for now i'll keep goin pure int.

Of course HP increases and STR will be a must on everything I wear.
