Nuker build....which fire nukes to max?

There have been some debate on which nukes to max in the fire book for a pure int nuker. Some say 1st and 3rd, others say 2nd and 3rd and then some say all. The second and third seem to be closely related to eachother in attack and so forth, while the first is of course the weakest. So which books should be maxed? Ive already started to take the first book past lvl 1 so....I guess I am going to max it out or curst heart it if thats a mistake. Whats your opinion?

Max them out as you go 1st, 2nd then third im doing that now

Thought that would be most effective too because how many people actually get to the third book.....? And to just sit there with 2nd book not maxed out from lvl43 to lvl56(I think) is hellish.

when you met the requirement you can access to the 3 book you need XX mastery lvl and lvl 1 of first and second book that's all

Yes but think about just using lvl 1 of the second book until you reach lvl 56. You'll have a much weaker attack and it will be like you hit a road block in the way of attack power. So why not just max out the second book and see some progression while waiting to get the third?

I asked this same question a few weeks ago, not sure if its here or another forum, but I pretty much got no answer

Some people say max all the books, but thats really easier said than done. Any idea how much SP that will cost?! Besides, you really only need 2 nukes anyways, cus by the time the 2nd nuke is finished, the 1st nuke is ready to be used again. Maxing more than 2 nukes is a waste of SP IMO..

Anyways, since I got no answers, I did some research I noticed that a lot of people suggest maxing book 2. Trying to figure out why max book 2 instead of book 3 and well, I found out that at the max levels, book 2 does more damage than book 1 and 3.

Again from what I've read, for the typical '2 nukes' nuker, people seem to either suggest Fire book 2 + Light nuke maxed, or Fire book 2 + Fire book 4 maxed. Those are the strongest 2-nuke combos from what I understand. Only problem for me is that Light nuke maxed is a LOT of SP!! And Fire book 4, well you dont get that till level 70 (I think) :shock:
