i got hacked

i never thought it would happen to me but....

its my fault, im not whining about it.

im not deleting my char, getting back up on my feet.

jsut wanted you all to know ppl make mistakes and now im paying for my mistake by losing 600k, my wolf, my guild, 3lvls, and all my other possesions.

but im hanging in there, with the help of freinds i got a wep and some gear. imma grind and get lvl 38 agian this weekend.

if you get hacked. its not the end.

Good luck rebuilding your character. If I ever get hacked, I'd probably take some time off Silkroad to rest and then rebuild my character as well.

You were hacked very lightly.

Most people get 15 level murder and lose everything.
You just lost everything (Which wasn't much).

You actually might just wanna restart.

Then you can make a perfect char

But maybe your char was perfect already?

Anyways, it's cool that you don't bich like most people.

Heh, if my lvl63 (at the time when I didn't quit) got hacked I would have freaked out, and quit on the dot.

my freidns list was cleared
my mesages deleted
my guild disbanded
murder lvl 7(took me an hour to clear)
3 of my lvls (due to clearing murder)
300 sp wasted on stupid skills in masteries i dont use
some globals

yeah lol i was pretty poor.. no sox items and all npc gear and only 600k

so yeah wont be to hard when my freind gave me 1.2mill to rebuild and i still have 800k left after buying all my stuff back lol

Heh, when I got hacked (holy shit that was a long time ago) I cut the account loose and just started a new one. Figured since they had the acct name, there was always a chance of them getting it back.

anyway good luck if that was your first char it usually hurt the most but now you know what to do and you probably will level a lot faster to your old level

I dont feel or give any sympathy and respect to victims of being hacks, and im glad you know that its your fault. And again, what you lost was not much. Have you ever had a level 78 character gone forever? I have, I didnt whine, I didnt post it on the forums like you did. I would just make a new character if I were you. If your a guild leader and you disband your own guild, you'd have to wait 45 days to join/create another guild. GoodLuck waiting.

Hack prevention includes Long password with numbers and letters and a username ID that is completly different than you IGN and Pet's IGN and secret answer very personal and make sure to keep you SRO email seperate from your email that you use
