What tablet do I need to put str on my armor (2nd degree)
What tablet do I need to put int on my armor

Approx. How much would it cost for all my armor and weapon to be int 3/str 3

Would it take long to find these tablets?

You need the Str and Int Lvl. 2 tablets. Tablets drop randomly and the chance of making your items +3 str/int varies, so it is difficult to give you a cost...

Always be on the lookout for INT and STR tabs in stalls and every once in a while give the "wtb level 2 int/str tabs and stones" as most people that level are just happy of getting rid of them for a little over the npc price.
