I'm trying to make an account for me and my lad at Silkroad but after completing the form I get the messege:

In Silkroad Online, only 5 accounts can be created from an identical IP.
Please send inquiries through Bug Report and they will be taken care of.

I have never made an account for silkroad before
I can't contact customer service through the site either because it says I need to log in first.

try going to a friend's house to set up the account. then you should be able to log into it from anywhere.

Thanks again, everyone around here is on the same isp ntl and I am sure it's to do with ntl's static ip addresses. Is there any other way to contact silkroad. Thanks again, any help would be much appreciated. All the best. Paul

A mate tried for me with the same problem anyone got any other ideas? Also tried editing the IP address mentioned in a post below this one called server same thing. Thanks in advance Paul.

You can also try using a proxy. Igloos Anonymous is rather new, and likely to not have been used before.

hi guys
i'm having the same problem here..
out of my desperate attempt i've tried millions of other ip address settings.. :banghead: :?
but still didn't work.. what's the problem with this thing?
i'm tried it in other PCs AND i'm hopeless... :banghead:

and BTW, the proxy thing that you guyz recommended didn't work..T-T

if anyone could help me it would be really appreciated!!! thnx!!
