Of course, for me a "quick" meal basically means anything that I can finish cooking by the time the rice is done. Frijoles, random curries and stir-fry all fall into that category.
Micro-chips sandwich! lol, im so healthy, the micro-chip sandwich includes (but is not always limited to)
Micro-chips
Salf & vinegar (put on the chips before they are put in the bread)
Butter
Cheese
And a dash of worcestershire sauce (proper stuff, not the new crap that comes in squeezy bottles)
anything counts as long as its not junk/ or tv dinner aka things that you get from fast food like mc donalds or buy frozen in plastic packaging and mircrowave or over cookin in like 5mins
