WTH is this about!

Ive been playing SRO for a logn time. But recently my graphics have been playing up.

I see beams of light flickering around everywhere and the yellow grasswalk ring changes radius (anything up to the size of DW town ^^)
Also the talismans glow diapears and enlarges and shins above the char about 10 times bigger :S

Its really pissing me off and i cant look at the screen when this happens which is 24/7, because its so annoying.

How can this happen and does anyone no how to fix as ive reinstalled and it didnt fix it.
