character keeps disappearing!

Ok so I started plying 2 days ago and I made a character _Shade got to lvl 3 logged off and when i got back on it was gone so i made _Shadox got it to lvl 5 and now its gone and ive made _Shadox_ now why do they keep disappearing?

ahah i see no server change eh? for some reason i thought you could. A question about servers is there a list that tells you where they are located so you can choose the closest one for least lag? I live on east coast USA and looking for a close server

No. There all laggy, at times. Just pick one and hope for the best. [Venice FTW]
