Pk'd cus of my squirrel :(

Since I've started over to create a new char with a better build, I've been PK'd cus of my squirrel twice!

First time, I was at the eastern ferry d'wang side just mindin my own business grindin on the chakji's when I get an angry PM from someone. Apparently my squirrel got to his item before he could, I don't even know what it was (gold? equip? small hp grain?? lol) it certainly wasn't sox.. but he starts trash talking, I trash talk back, he finds me and kills me. Doesn't bother me any, I need as much sp as I can get and he kinda helped me with that,

He gets killed immediately by some high level hunter's waitin around for thieves.. More his loss than mine.

Second time, I probably deserved it, but I played dumb

I'm wanderin around way up north in D'wang, doing that gun powder bomb quest when I stumble upon a guild group doin some monster scrolls. I stopped and just decided to watch. They told me to go away but I pretended like I was a noob and just wanted to see the uber cool monsters, when in reality I noticed that no one had a squirrel/monkey/rabbit.. So naturally I let my squirrel fetch whatever goods she could get her greedy hands on :twisted:

Pk'd again! LoL.

Moral of my story? Pet owners beware :shock:

you might die... LoL jk, thats not really my point. My point is that I have a squirrel that I purchased from the item mall, I feel bad if you can't get to your stuff before my squirrel does but thank you for donating

game gives you enough time to pick your item before anyone else can pick it up so if you lose your item you are dumb if you kill person who took your item you are dumb x 2

monkeys, etc should be killable.

and you deserved to die. you can set your monkey / rabbit to just pick up your stuff.

yep, hypocritical but if i had one i would have stay next to the monster spawns too, i only get annoyed by it when im fighitng like 10 monsters and dont have time to pick it up, but yeah if i had one i would pick up everything

Well it's true that you got enough time to pick up your junk. That is, if there's no lag.

And meh, even if it picks it up, it's not that much of a big deal.

lol..

It is lame when some noob comes up and steals loot from a summon party. I'd do it with low lvl friends and just kill everything and let them take the drops. Then some noobie comes up and starts nabbing stuff like it's freakin christmas.. lame.

I myself murdered someone for this :twisted:

grinded off the points too.. lol

Out grinding though, it's their fault if you're monkey gets their drop. They just need to learn to bind quick-grab to their space bar.

But stealing from me or mine knowingly.. yeah that's punishable by death.

I know I hardly have enough time to pick up my drops, especially if I'm being mobbed by, say, 10 orange mobs. During those times, I have to put all my effort into fighting off the mobs, at least to work them down to maybe 2 or 3 mobs, then spam the autograb key to pick up some stuff before a random pet gets them.

I'm a pure str blader, so I kill slower than other builds. I can't just nuke all the mobs quickly and then pick up the drops, so sometimes I lose out on some of the drops that get burried under the giant I'm fighting (for example).

Pets shouldn't be allowed to pick up other people's drops, at least maybe not for like 5 minutes or something.... not seemingly 15 seconds.

Well 10 might be a bit of an exaggeration, but I've had quite a few on me and it's hard to keep up with the drops at that time.

I do wish that you could murder pets though. I think Joymax should implement that. If you kill a monkey, its inventory spills on the ground, and it's free for the taking. :-D

They should just make it HARD to kill them

I think I may have killed a person because they squirrel stole a gold pile from me. Not that I care much, it just gave me a reason to murder someone.

ok would you murder some one who had a sox weapon drop if you knew you can murder him/her before he/she can pick it up? i would do if the person is someone i dont like or i dont care about :twisted:
