Download ePsxe from http://www.ngemu.com, you'll have to find your own bios though to get it to work. I think PS2 emulators suck because they are buggy with most games.

I think he means that if you have the actual playstation system you're allowed to use the emulator, same things with games: if you have the real game you can use the rom. I think so anway.
