AN SP/XP caluculator tht i can see what i can grind and what at what lvl what amount of XP they will give me so i can see how much i need to kill to lvl.

No sorry. I dont know of any calc that can do that. You have to use your bain.

This is what you do:

Kill a monster you want to farm on.
Look in the lower right box where it tells you how much experience you gain.
Press "C" and see how much total experience is needed to level.
Divide total experienced needed by experience per kill.

The result is how many you need to kill to level.
