Can i change my character to other server?

This is my question. Can i change my character to other server? I need to do this because in new server i have a few ping and i actual server y have very high ping.

it kinda suks, since even though JM is making more and more servers, every1 is like still on the server they signed up on, and therefore only weeksauces are on the new servers, while peeps like lvl 5X+ dont want to switch servers and start at lvl 1
