What is the max mastery lvl in iSRO ?

Well...

Depending on how your build your character the highest you should
be able to get an all around build is to Mastery level 60...BUT please keep
in mind that you only have 130 SP points to spend on each and any skill
and level.

In kSRO its 90 right? And if yes then is the iSRO mastery lvl ever going to get to 90 ?
