I just finished Gunslinger Girl...
I think this just overtook the #1 spot in my favorite manga list.
That was an amazing read... It's 2AM and I gotta get up at 8:30 tomorrow and I don't want to sleep now T__T
If you liked you liked Elfen Lied I think you'll like this too.
It was seriously an amazing story, Incredibly realistic and well presented. If you haven't read it yet, put it on your list, or you'll missing out on a true classic...

Is there any other ninja in Konoha that can do this skill ?
Gai can only do it and i believe rock lee can only open up to the 6th gate.

Anime is quite entertaining, but the manga is a little better. Manga has some of the most hilarious reaction faces you'll see around xD. One weird thing... in the manga I don't like Onodera a whole lot, but in the anime she's quite nice... Kana Hanazawa makes everything better
The series suffers from one big issue though... The main cast is actually quite boring (not yet mind you, but in the manga it gets a bit stale). All the side characters are much more interesting D: Shuu, Ruri, Marika (who hasn't been introduced yet) All their characters stick out a ton more and their mindsets are a lot more defined...
Even in the latest popularity poll Marika got 2nd place, behind Onodera, even though she has been pushed aside almost right from the start and barely makes an appearance anymore D:
