.... use common sense here. How much tobacco (in volume) would 40-100 cigarettes take? And here is a pic of a normal hookah bowl



You fill half of that.. like 1-2 tbs of Shisha. You can only smoke as much tobacco as there is in the bowl.. Most people who smoke for hours do multiple bowls, but even then that is not 40-100 cigs.

Using common sense..you can't think the volume of a cigarette is it's own volume in tobacco. There's something like 0.4grams of tobacco in each cigarette and I'll tell you, that bowl can hold well over 100 times that (also not all shisa bowls are the same).

Anyway as for it being 'as bad' as that..Not completely true. Depends on how many hits you take as well as the the temperature used to burn it. (Higher temp = worse for the most part).
