Why have people told me to register on these forums? -_- No matter what you may think, that statement is entirely relevant to this thread in every way.

Coming from the guy that started the guild for only low levels so that lowbies could still play this game the way it was meant to be player - well, after the euro update - I can say that I've never botted, never bought gold etc.

I'm just throwing it out there that the "impossible to make gold before 101" statement is false. If you wanted to buy gold, you can easily get a premium and sell it, or anything else. Let alone buying and reselling. You can get 7m off NPC'ing and stalling elixirs until 5D, and at 5D you can start selling stones at 1-3m, and then you upgrade to buying and reselling weapons, buying and pimping weapons, breaking weapons down and making stones etc. etc.

Making money... Not hard.

As for leveling, there are two things to say about that. It's very easy to no-life and level up. When you have a group of 8-12 people all around the same level, farming at the same times then it goes quick. If everyone has a premium, well damn that nullifies everything, because the speed doubles. (Speaking of which, saw a GM memo about modified SP/EXP rates...)

Now, the second side of that leveling coin goes back to the point of starting up a lowbie guild. People always say "OMG it's going to take you forever to cap!" then I usually retort with saying "Well if I can't spend time on SRO I'm going to have to plug 80 hours into mass effect, 60 hours into fallout, 40 hours into dragon age, another 40 doing some unrelated stuff on dragon age, then plug some more into the new fallouts and the new dragon age and the new mass effect, maybe find a new MMORPG to cap and leave"

If you don't like the fact that SRO is a long game - then why play it? I mean, WoW, go find a game that you can cap overnight. I wouldn't be so upset by the whole bots vs legit thing going on over the forums, mainly because hell - killing bots was one of my favourite past-times on Venus, but when people call me a liar - and call friends liars too - that's when it gets on my nerves.

Anyways, I'm perfectly happy with being a lower level, since I spend a lot of my time murdering, running around in circles and starting up parties.

-> Note: If the modified SP/EXP rates are for the better, and leveling/farming speeds increase by quite a bit, are your "takes forever to level" points still valid? And if they are, then will there EVER be a leveling speed that you will be satisfied with? Maybe go to a private server.

well put it this way... dutchy has had his char for a long time remember aege is one of the first isro servers...

once u hit cap then do u count the time he has been waiting for the next cap as time playing sro? because they have been on the cap or very close to it a few times...

do you also count creating euros for better party play then chinese? because dutchy had a chinese bower (lvl 97) so he had 2 chars he was playing on...

im lvl 59 right now and i havnt had premium nor have i really been playing for that long... (2months at MOST) and i have 100k sp...

on my lvl 79 nuker i reached 76 in 2 months... so that isnt really that hard either...

RoOF has been playing... roughly since the beginning of azteca.. which isnt a huge amount of time ago either... so yea... if you wanna know how this is possible... join azteca and we shal show you

Silver coins all gifted to me by my own union why ? because we do so much inter's they drop like crazy half of those go to me other half gets sold wanna cry even more ? i got Legend ACC +10 Ring +8 neck and the other +5 pieces ALSO gifted by my union
