Your best bet to make money I would say would be to make trade/thief armor and sell it.

By selling the items which you get , as the blue/black stones (at my server they are sold for 5m/50) , shining stones .

Didn't really get much gold from selling hunter / thief armor as it seems noone needs them specially when they are for job level 60 or more , seems only the level 20 and 40 get sold .

Some used to gain millions weekly in the old job system . Ask the +5 job level at the old system to make sure ^^ .

I sell blue stones occasionally or trade for black. Haven't done it for awhile on Azteca as for me at least, jobbing is dead. I'm not leveling my job anymore.

No , they are used with the socket stones .

Me too will stop leveling my job level after reaching level 20 .
