Please Report if you Cannot Connect

The method to get this information is listed below:

1. Go to the Start button.

2. Select the Run menu selection.

3. You will get a text entry box. Type in 'cmd'.

4. One you are in the windows that opens, please type: 'ipconfig /all'

5. Either send the information that comes after the 'IP Address' and 'DNS Servers' section OR take a screenshot have it hosted on an image hosting site and post the link to it in your e-mail.

6. In addition, a trace route would also be of great assistance as well. In the same window in step 4, type 'tracert 121.128.133.26'. Please post the results in the same way as step 5.

7. Finally, a telnet result would also be helpful. Repeat steps 1 to 3. In the window that opens please type the following:
telnet 121.128.133.26 15779

8. Send all this information to the address: silkroadonline@silkroadonline.net. Because this issue is a priority issue, please do not send any other information to this address.

Well at least it only took them a month to acknowledge the problem. :roll:

Hopefully you users not able to connect will finally be able to play again.

I only lost 2 hours of gold time, but my monkey has gone back to the gods from whence he came and I lost about 2 weeks with him.

lol i cant play my monkey i bought him right when SRO went out...I'm SO SURE SRO will pay for all the damages we lost. (give us a 100% exp helper and then tell us to **** off)

SOme1 who already send that reports of ipconfig and other stuff can play SRO again? Or i think they get to much messages so they dont know from what begin

pretty much there going to be going through thousands of these reports so I'm guessing with there huge "dedication" its going to be still some more time....ggsro

Iam interesting if they at all working what we have send them, so it may take about years to fix they problem.

I did this 3 weeks ago the first time they asked and still have done nothing. Adelphia/TWC told me on the phone that they are actively working with joymax to resolve the issue. :)

Its so sad that its been over 3 weeks and ADELPHIA has done much but Joymax has done nothing but ask us for information....joymax needs to stop making fun of us in Korean and get their asses into gear....I've just about given up hope on SRO
