Credit Card Charge Back

Hi all...I'm new to this forum....I need to get some help and advise from you all...
My friend had bought 50M from some player in babel server 3 days back...But unfortunately, he been scammed by that player and he never get the 50M as promised...And he had paid him USD 60.00 through paypal..
So now,my friend would like to get the money that he made through paypal...He is using credit card to pay through paypal...
how to do a charge back in this case??
And how long will it take for the bank to do a charge back??
And will my friend get back his money or he might not be get back his money since he made the payment 3 days back and the money been credited into that player account???

Why buy gold from other player in the first place??
don't you know there's a lot of scammer outside there??
For the charge back procedure,i got no idea at all...Never do a charge back before..
But normally i think the success rate is high for you to get back the money because the supplier won't be able to provide any proof that the money is sent to you since this transaction only go through inside game..
But this just my own opinion....
Hope some other player here can explain more to you..

Ok....I think i need to clarify something first....
I'M NOT THE ONE WHO BUY GOLD!!!
Is my stupid friend who go and buy from the player....Actually that player is one of his in game friend since long time ago...
Based on trust,he buy gold from him....Who know this shit happen...
And he try to contact his friend inside the game but failed....
His friend had dissapeared.....
My friend feel so sad now.....And he just want to get back his money where he paid through paypal...
And he also never do a charge back before....So need expert here to help ....
Can someone please help my friend??

I don't wish to see him sad all the time.....
I hope he can get back his money and play back this game....
He is a nice guy....That's why i wish to help him...

Just send a report through paypal saying that you didnt get the item/service you paid for and you want your money back. Send them the some information on what happened, who what where when etc. They will contact the friend and try to resolve the situation, then if that doesnt work, they give back the money.

YTell your friend that buying gold is dumb tho and to resist next time.

Yeah BUT, Paypal is slow in thos cases check the 1001 paypal hate sites

That mean now we don't have to go through credit card company to do a charge back?? I remember that last time my friend ever do a charge back before where he never received the items as promised by the supplier..
But he is do a charge back through credit card company.
I wonder is the procedure of charge back for the paypal same with credit card company?? Normally how long will paypal take to return the money back to the buyer for this kind of case?

I once bought an activation key for a program I had DLed and never recieved the email with the actual KEY. I emailed the company a few times and got no where. I used the little complaint resolution thing through paypal and they reversed the charge within a few days. I thought they did fine.

You can do it through your CC, but then they freeze your paypal account I think. BUt I dunno that for sure.

What if we made payment through master DEBIT card??
Is the process for master Debit card still same with normal credit card??
Really curious about these 2 card....What the difference between this 2 card...

haha..Something fun to share with you all..
As i said earlier that my friend been scammed by the player..
And he feel very angry and sad..
What he do is this time he go buy gold ONLINE and do a CHARGE BACK!!!
WOw....I never heard people do a charge back before after buy gold from online.....
Haha...
At least now i know...
