At first only chinese, euros will come some day. Cap 60 at first. Sills 60 too. XP/SP rates will be 10x for OB. But i have seen nothing mentioned about quest rewards. But since they will do it like ksro, they should have high rewarding low requirements quests and extra quests in Hotan, but i'm not sure since it's 60 cap and it's not hard to lvl.

No, the major difference, at least for me, is, that bots won't be allowed on Zelos and they are going to ban them. On almost any official SRO or any other private server so far, you always have some bots. Besides that the SP rates will be slightly increased, which means, that you won't have to farm that much.

Are you using the Zelos Launcher? Maybe you should download it from the forum. Any other methods of connecting to the server aren't allowed anymore. Here is the link to the Zelos Launcher topic. The recent download is currently not available though, as they are updating it:
