Need Help With Lvl 34 Pure Int Spear, Nuker

Hi, I am confused in where i should put my skill points (which are not much), because there are many things to lvl up and I dont know those which are more important.
My masteries are:

Heukscale-Lvl 33
Heuk Spear Series - Book 1 Max
Soul Depart Series- Book 1 - Lvl 8
Ghost Spear Seies- Book 1 - Lvl 4
Passive - Lvl 3

Cold - Lvl 20
Frost Guard -Book 1 -Lvl 5
Snow Shield - Book1 -Lvl 1
Passive- Lvl 1

Lightning- Lvl 20
Piercing Force - Book 1- lvl 2
Grass Walk - Book 1 lvl 1
Lion Shout- Book 1 lvl 2
Passive - Lvl 1

Fire- Lvl 33
Imbue -Maxed
Fire Shield - Book 1 - lvl 2
Flame Body - Book 1- lvl 2
Fire Protection -Book 1- lvl 3
Nuke - Book 1 - lvl 1
Flame Devil - lvl 2

I have 730 sP at the momment

Well, it seems you have chosen 110 heuk/fire/cold since you got fire as your main mastery and heuk/fire/light won't work nor will heuk/fire/light/cold. You can still add levels to lightning but don't get higher than 54 for 55% speed 15% mag (you will have to start deleveling aka removing light when your char hits level 92 but it's gonna be a while before you reach that). Also stop leveling shouts and such, only piercing force, grass walk, phantom, passive, are useful for you. 54 light will be very useful and fairly easy and cheap to get rid off.

-Snow shield: max, no need to take the highest ones if you don't pvp

for fire, top priority has imbue, and nukes, and maybe fire shield if u got enough sp, but its not 100% necessary. For Heuk, not rlly important get some PVP skills if u want, get the fan series for MAG def for 15sec, and that may be all if u only pve for now. for cold, DEF buff and snow... I wouldnt max the Ice Nukes, only the AoE ones , or use only fire at higher lvl which is also good. I have a 93 fire/cold/heuk and its nice. Only use fire nukes for pve, and for pvp i barely nuke, oh and for heuk, get the HP passive skill

i would actually suggest you to delevel back to 20~ and create a 9 gap, in some ong parties u'll get back to 34 in one day, and you will have like 30k sp.
