Hmm, its a VNC on roids basically? Yes I've made my psp act as a extended monitor too, but this video could be faked, buttons are hid for certain moments and analog stick movement doesnt seem real. Whats the point to play SRO on your psp if you cant control it wirelessly or have the psp actually process the game itself

It'd be really hard to play Silkroad through a PSP considering the amount of controls you need. Mouse being the problem. Video isn't faked it's PSPdisp+right at the computer. As mentioned in some thread I used to play The Last Remnant through my PSP(Too bad sound didn't stream with video) around my house. I also did Resident Evil 4 which was pretty nice with the default controls the guy gives you and some racing games. I kinda got bored of it and stopped using it though.

Again it works for simple control games. It is hard to play Left 4 Dead(I've tried), because of the fast movement and fast reaction needed.

Actually, it's a better Version of the VNC.
Well if you read well, i said you can see your PC trough your PSP and also able to control it.
it is not fake, as i said if the buttons are hid and the analog doesn't seems real its because i was moving my mouse (of the PC), since (as i said lol) the client overrides the program, so basically it's like setting the client in front and the program's shutting down, so i am not able to control it.
And you are able to control it wirelessly!!
And the point of this is pretty stupid i know w/e my homebrew knowledge isn't as good as yours since i did never made a homebrew lol the point is to play SRO on your PSP at any place of your home (yeah too bad) for low resource gamers lawl and more lawl.

Oh and for the controls, yeah sure. but the idea just excites me, the idea of playing SRO or any game on your PSP. it wouldn't be that bad! and that can be complement in future updates etc
Actually, you would only need D-Pad for moving, Analog pad for moving the pointer and the rest for 1-9 keys (if don't have enough, COMBINE! lol)

btw im running psp disp now, the Wlan version sux, and also this shouldnt be, this takes a alot of pc resources, SRO needs to be ran on its own

It doesn't eat all my resources. Again you can make anything be wireless if you can manage to set the game up with 12 buttons and without the use of a mouse a lot.

I agree with you but, is like asking Windows to make a stand alone OS for only PSP lol.

I don't really care about that as long i am playing it trough psp which is awesome.
Cause havin' the game runnin on the PSP itself is like never going to happen.

I'd looking for more homebrews and experiment more new ideas.

well pspdisp will be the best a casual homebrewer will get, you have to run a connection directly to th psp mobo, which requires a lot of work and a usb or wifi wont spit out 60fps, just clean out the psp insides, make some custom controls, and carry a bookbag with a laptop inside, run the display direct to the psp lcd, then have your custom controls go into your laptop via usb, simple as that

The PSP Go wasnt bad, it was just overpriced, i enjoy the feel of it, it does make me feel as if im playin a new handheld, and the bluetooth is nifty
