Poster Size
Poster Size
Making a poster, don't have illustrator, how do I make it so I don't have to have some ridiculously large canvas on photoshop to work with but the poster doesn't pixelate?
thnx, in a hurry in case you can't tell :/

I think thats the problem, same with illy, you need to open a huge canvas.
Re: Poster Size
Nah, with illy you can create the shapes you want to have, and later on increase their size without pixelating them. With PS they'll pixelate no matter what.

Re: Poster Size
So any programs you guys would recommend to do digital art posters that need to print.

Illy. (:
Maybe google a bit.
Also, don't forget that, when you want to print something, you always have to use the CMYK colour set, instead of RGB. RGB, when printed, comes out in different colours then on the screen.

No skills in rl.
Re: Poster Size
Keep in Mind using The pantone matching system for color choices too, to really avoid having a diff color come out when you print. Dunno how professional of a print you're doing but yea. 16 feet is serious, but that sounds awesome at the same time. Maybe you can break it up into sections, that way making it easier on Photoshop? Its just tough designing and not being able to see everything at once. just a thought though.
