I noticed that there are 6 slots under the avatar, however there are only 3 (head, dress, attachment) for sale what are the other 2 for??

As you can see 3 are for the suit, 1 is for the Devil spirit (which opens a 7th slot). The slot above the accessory is for a GDF or santa mitten/scarf/hat or set and the bottom one is for a cape (it shows on both screens, so at this screen and when you see your gear/wep).

If u have avatar accessory equipped, can u still equip GDF since the slot will be empty?

You can you just wont see it if you have an accessory item equipped. And you won't see it on avatar suits with accessory kind of stuff build in (like the angel/devil wings).
