I got my steam account hacked . I was on it talking to a friend, just before playing some MW2, then got logged out, and email saying Password and Question has been changed.

Is there anyway to get it back? I have some games that i bought online, not on CD so im

Contact steam. From what I heard, if you can confirm your identity with the payment option (paypal account or credit card) they will give you back your account.

I would rage if I lost my account, I have pretty much every game released on steam.

When mine got hacked they were really quick in getting it back to me. All I had to do was send them a photocopy of some ID. After I sent it, they contacted me within about an hour letting me know they had reset my details.

Honestly i dont even know, i mean it just happened....

I have been threatened before, like that they would hack my account, but i never took Notice to it.

You know there is a new feature that allows you to verify your email address. So if somebody was ever to login, he would need to access your email to be able to change anything
