Looking for an EU pvp server :O

Bleh I know I prolly have asked the same question over and over but it's pretty serious this time.
Anyone playing on an EU pvp server which is in the Full/Red category and is in a good battlegroup who can get me in a guild which is pretty active and lasts like forever??? Cuz I've quit WoW 2 times bec of guilds dying, and what I hate about the game is guild hopping. It's just so typical to see someone who has been in 100000 guilds before. Sorry for looking a bit noobish, my exp is a lvl74 pally and a 30 shaman.

but start an alt on boulderfist as horde

I think it's a failed idea to just roll on a server because one of us is there. Just create a char, have some fun and a guild will come somewhere.
Personally, I really couldn't care less about a guild. Really liked to be able to just pug shit at the start of wotlk. Too bad the rest wasn't too enjoyable.

Being on my own = boredom. Plus I'd rather get in a guild early so I could be loyal to it later.
